The mission
We exist to help people take their next step with Jesus. That language is deliberate. It’s not to build the biggest crowd, not to produce the best show, not to be a full-service religious goods provider. It’s a mission defined by movement — every person on a trajectory, every week closer to who Christ is shaping them to become.
The model
We run the multi-site model because it works. One teaching team produces one message per week. Eight campuses localize that message through their own worship teams, their own campus pastors, their own volunteer cultures. We’re big where scale helps (teaching, kids’ curriculum, shared back-office) and small where scale hurts (community, pastoral care, neighborhood presence).
The strategy
- Every person, five clear steps. Visit. Get baptized. Join a group. Serve. Give. If we can get you to the fifth step we’ve done our job.
- Every campus, shared teaching. The same message every Sunday, so a family can move between campuses without losing their place in the conversation.
- Every group, a real room. 340+ small groups meet this week, in homes and cafes — not on Zoom.
- Every campus, a local pastor. Not a site director. Not a “campus host.” A pastor. In the neighborhood, at the hospital, at the funeral, at the wedding.
The model’s boundaries
We’ll plant a ninth campus when we reach five simultaneous conditions: stable giving, surplus of tested leaders, sustained waitlist of interested volunteers, a specific geography underserved by local churches, and the lead pastor candidate already in-house for 24+ months. In the meantime, we strengthen the eight.
